In 1983 I began painting at The Painting Experience Studio in San Francisco, CA.  I loved having a place to go and just paint.  This way of being with myself came into my life during a time of great difficulty.  When I moved back to Kansas I opened Paint or Die, my very own teaching studio.  I invited Stewart to come and offer a workshop in Lawrence.  We began teaching together in 2001.  There is now a group of us offering workshops with Stewart through The Painting Experience.  Many of us also offer our own classes and

workshops in the neighborhoods we live in.  We are located throughout the US and Canada.  Maybe you'll find a class or workshop near you.
