How to register for a Studio Exanimo retreat or workshop:

1. Select a workshop.  

2. Check your schedule to see if the dates work for you.  

    Then check to see if you can get the time off to come to the workshop.

3. Decide whether to sign up on-line (you can pay with a credit card or check using

    Paypal) or fill out the registration below and mail a check to this address:

All about registration, deposits & cancellations:

•You will be sent an e-mail (give me a few days after you send your registration

  and deposit) confirming your registration and the balance due.

•Balance is due at the first class.  

•Deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to the first day of the retreat or

  workshop, minus a $30 handling fee.  

  After that date, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

•Workshop details, directions, what to bring and other essential information 

  will be sent by e-mail a week before the first day of the retreat or workshop.

•If you are using the registration form below, please be sure to enter the

  requested information.  Don't forget to enter the name and dates of the 

  retreat or workshop you are registering for and the dates and print two copies:

  one for you and one to send to me with your check.
