Studio Exanimo workshops and retreats offer a deep, light-hearted exploration in returning to your true home: your heart.  Studio Exanimo is a "laboratory" where making art, using painting and/or altered books, and sensing explorations encourage

direct engagement with what is arising moment to moment in you. 


When you’re given the support to meet what is happening in the moment you can begin to trust in the emergence of a deeper, more authentic sense of self.  Sarah’s simple, open presence offers a mighty kindness and tenderness for exploring the rich territory of your heart and beginning to live more heart-fully.


The work is offered in an atmosphere of playfulness, tenderness and quiet.  There is plenty of time and space given to discover what it means to be engaged in the moment.  No art experience is required.  Technique is not taught.  Critiques are

not offered.

$180 workshop fee, all materials included.  $75 deposit reserves a space.

This is a non-residential workshop.  It is limited to nine participants.

WAKE UP! MENTORING SESSIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS                              WITH SARAH OBLINGER
 

•A way to bring the practice of living authentically and creatively into
your daily living.
These sessions invite a deeper relationship with the spiritual aspect of being human;  
of simply being real.  To be real we have to risk being just who we are.  Most of us
make decisions from a history of defenses for meeting life.  Giving respect to your natural way of being returns you to your deepest roots, to your heart's innate wisdom.

In mentoring sessions you explore meeting yourself with art making and sensing.  Present moment awareness is cultivated as you deeply honor your life by being just who you are and nothing more.  This is an act of wisdom and compassion.  Transformation is possible when presence is cultivated.  There is nothing to perform or achieve or get.  There is not a sequential path to follow.  There is just you and your willingness to explore your inner terrain.  All work is done in an atmosphere of sacredness, trust and compassion.

•In-person sessions:  $60 an hour.  Materials provided.  
Sessions in Dixon @Sarah's Home Studio: Studio Exanimo.

•Phone & email sessions: $150 a month (2 45-minute phone calls & unlimited emails.)
You provide your art materials. studio space and pay for the call.  Additional phone calls
may be scheduled: $50 for 45 minutes.  Three months of mentoring is recommended.  It offers ample time for the deep inner exploring you are doing to take root in your life.  Three months, paid in advance, is $350.

THE PAINTING EXPERIENCE with Stewart Cubley



In these workshops, everyone is a beginner; people from all levels of experience are welcome, including those who have never picked up a paintbrush.  The environment, methods, facilitation, and overview provide for an in-depth self-exploration that can lead to pivotal insights for generating effective change. 


The Painting Experience is an opportunity to embark on the greatest of all human journeys - embracing your own path and confidently following it.  The goal is free  expression.  The emphasis is on the creative process rather than on technique or expertise.
